Several crypto-backed candidates are temporarily leading in the preliminary vote count of the U.S. House elections
Odaily reports: Preliminary vote counts for the U.S. House elections show that several crypto-industry-backed candidates are temporarily leading, including Josh Gottheimer and Rob Menendez in New Jersey, as well as Lucy McBath (Democrat), Brian Jack (Republican), Amanda Hollowell (Democrat), Austin Scott (Republican), Jasmine Clark (Democrat), and Clay Fuller (Republican) in Georgia. At approximately 35% of the vote counted, Houston Gaines (Republican) is slightly trailing Pamela DeLancy (Democrat).
Kevin Wysocki, Head of Policy at Anchorage Digital, said Kentucky's 6th Congressional District is worth watching; if Democrats win that seat, it could signal more severe electoral prospects for Republicans. As of 20:20 Eastern Time, less than 24% of the vote had been counted in that district, with Ralph Alvarado (Republican) temporarily leading Zach Dembo (Democrat). (CoinDesk)
