星球日报讯 央行研究局局长王信表示，央行数字货币有助于提升货币政策有效性、优化央行货币支付功能，提高央行货币地位和货币数量有效性。但同时，金融科技使金融脱媒的风险加大、带来监管套利风险。金融科技发展使金融交易更快捷、低成本，使资金绕开现有商业银行体系，直接输送给资金需求方和融资者，商业银行金融中介的地位相对降低，金融交易脱离现有金融监管的情况愈发严重，带来监管套利风险。
王信举例指出，国内不少互联网公司正转型成为金融科技公司，其金融监管问题不容忽视。各国对数字金融的监管理念、模式以及具体措施存在差异，跨国监管套利问题难以避免。
王信表示，人民银行高度重视金融科技应用相关研发。经国务院批准，央行正组织市场机构，共同进行DC/EP（带有数字货币特征的支付工具）研发。
王信强调，要加强数字金融基础设施建设。当前存在数据割裂、信息孤岛、数据垄断等问题，如何制定数字金融的数据标准，推动数据标准的统一、提升数据的机器可读性，是需要解决的问题。他表示，要加强数字金融领域的国际协调合作，在Libra、央行数字货币等方面加强国际协商，表明关切，及时推动有利于我国的国际标准、规则制定。（新浪财经）
