今日证券时报网发布国盛证券关于央行数字货币和区块链的分析观点。国盛证券认为，根据央行前行长周小川、央行数字货币研究所前所长姚前、人民银行研究局兼货币金银局局长王信和在任时的发言与著述，一个可能的我国央行数字货币研发的框架逐渐显露：央行数字货币研究所正和业界共同组织分布式研发，依靠和市场共同合作的方式研发数字货币；我国法定数字货币的初步界定是由央行主导，在保持实物现金发行的同时发行以加密算法为基础的数字货币，即M0的一部分由数字货币构成；我国央行数字货币或将采用“一币两库三中心”架构；区块链有望应用于为中国法定数字货币的产生、流通、清点核对及消亡全过程登记建立集中/分布相对均衡的簿记登记中心。
国盛证券还认为，至少有以下机构或将受益于人行数字货币研发：1. 与央行数字货币研究所一道研发数字货币的市场机构；2. 大数据分析机构；3. 身份认证服务机构；4. 区块链产业中有零售支付业务经验的钱包服务商、技术服务商、身份与交易登记服务商。

According to a screenshot of a report shared by Jordy, 37-year-old Hsin-Ju Chuang resided in North Las Vegas and was found dead last month near a remote exit off Interstate 15 in the Mojave Desert.
