BASED结合了Ampleforth代币经济学和YFI的代币分配机制，唯一规则是没有人可以变更规则。另外，BASED没有所有者，并且由于私钥已被销毁，因此无法变更合约。每隔24小时，BASED协议就会进行弹性供应调整（rebase），以将代币的价格固定为1 sUSD。BASED总供应量为10万枚，目前已有366个持有者。
