在圆桌环节，链闻研究总监潘致雄表示，Web3.0 最大的一个特征是“减少内卷”。在Web3.0时代，金融构建可以像积木一样搭建起来，是有层级的；同一种类的项目可能会有一些竞争，但最终会因为各自的优势差异，走向不同的方向。
关于DeFi如何吸引新的外部资金进场，潘致雄认为可以从两个方向着手：从资产层面，可以将实体资产进行链改进入DeFi世界，让它的可组合性、可分割性变得更强；音乐以及数字艺术，也可以通过NFT的方式走到链上，从而增长DeFi资金规模。从业务层面，可以提供具有简单易用且竞争力的产品，吸引传统金融用户，例如提供一些高收益的金融产品。
