在圆桌环节，IOSG Ventures投资负责人Ray Xiao认为，传统的Web2.0是建立在单机、云计算（计算机群）中，本质上是中心化系统；而区块链更加注重的是去中心化以及不可篡改等特性，这是Web3.0的一大特性。
关于DeFi的发展方向，Ray Xiao坦言并不看好“DeFi+供应链金融”。他解释说，传统抵押要求提供抵押品，并通过中心化机构拿到合规牌照，进行审计以及抵押物估价，整个流程非常复杂的，这不是区块链能解决的。Ray Xiao强调，未来DeFi项目在发展中，合规问题至关重要。“我觉得无论是实体还是虚拟世界，对DeFi都是有需求的，长期价值还是会被验证的。”

According to a screenshot of a report shared by Jordy, 37-year-old Hsin-Ju Chuang resided in North Las Vegas and was found dead last month near a remote exit off Interstate 15 in the Mojave Desert.
