Deribit: All instrument settlement will be done on ETH PoS
加密衍生品交易所Deribit发布关于以太坊合并硬分叉政策公告，称所有工具的Deribit结算将在ETH基金会支持的链（即PoS或ETH2）上进行，如果分叉币的价值大于ETH PoS的0.25%并且新链已经稳定并正常运行，Deribit将向用户提供这些分叉币。不过如果有新的代币，它们也不被视为保证金。
关于期权合约的相关政策包括：
- 过去的分叉表明，大多数关键永续和期货平台在硬分叉后不会调整合约。为了保持合约与我们的相关同行保持一致，Deribit也不调整这些合约是有意义的；
- Deribit将不采用加权调整/比率法或指数/篮子结算，而是只在PoS主链上结算；
- 在市场波动和最初供应不足的情况下，执行调整比率将很难确定。此外，与超级股息或公司分拆一样，代币的价值事先是未知的，并假定所有人都能平等地获得分叉币，但在现实中并非如此。因此，传统市场的企业行为政策不适合这一事件；
- 该方法适用于目前可用或未来将推出的所有ETH工具，无论未平仓量是在本公告日期之前还是之后创建的；
- 使用单一代币（ETH PoS / ETH2）可为客户提供清晰的对冲要求。与BCH和ETC之前的方法相比，该市场将保持竞争力。

Odaily News: Crypto industry figure Jordy posted on X platform that former Hack VC partner Hsin-Ju Chuang has been found dead, and expressed condolences. According to a screenshot of a report shared by Jordy, 37-year-old Hsin-Ju Chuang resided in North Las Vegas and was found dead last month near a remote exit off Interstate 15 in the Mojave Desert. Investigators have not yet determined the cause of death.Hsin-Ju previously claimed that she was required to continue working during a medical emergency and was threatened with being blacklisted from the industry if she left before an event was completed. She rejected Hack VC's settlement offer and had planned to publicly release evidence related to her tenure on August 26.
