1. PoW是目前为止唯一被验证能够完全去中心化并且稳定的区块链系统，所有PoS的公链系统都曾出现过安全或无法访问等问题，因为PoS系统本质上是依赖于中心化节点的。ETH有别于其他公链的根本是PoW，也只有PoW是其他公链做不到的，ETH转PoS属于自废武功，将失去它最大的优势：绝对的安全与稳定，沦为跟其他二线公链一个起跑线，大家的机制速度费率安全性等都一样，为什么要选以太坊PoS链呢，难道靠情怀吗？
2. 效率并非公链追求的唯一目标，很多应用场景追求的是安全与稳定，尤其是大资金，比如借贷、抵押等，改善PoW的效率有很多方案，比如Layer2，并非只有PoS一个做法。
3. PoW是重资产投资，有价值支撑，而PoS是纯金融资金游戏，用钱躺着生钱，无法真正有效支撑。
同时，基于以上观点和对PoS以太坊过于中心化的担忧，BitCoke将全力支持PoW硬分叉，并推出三项行动计划，详情如下：
1. BitCoke支持所有的以太坊硬分叉代币及相关空投；
2. BitCoke将上线硬分叉代币合约；
3. BitCoke所属以太坊矿场将参与Ethereum Fair的硬分叉计划。
