因此，关于SEC内发生的事情进行的一切猜测和理论，很可能是基于申请者律师的解释，这可能是完全错误的，也可能是有偏见、经过计算、操纵性和战略性的。
根据Gary Gensler此前发布的帖子（听起来很像SEC投资者警报，涉及小盘股、低价股、期权、高收益投资计划等），在我看来，委员会已经投降了，并且将会批准（比特币现货ETF）——并且只会让事情自然发生。”
此前消息，Fox Business记者Eleanor Terrett在X平台发文表示，一个有趣的提醒：即美国SEC的五名委员有可能会推迟比特币现货ETF的批准。SEC委员会成员包括：Gensler、Crenshaw、Peirce、Lizárraga和Uyeda。
虽然没有安排关于ETF的正式委员会投票，但每位委员显然都有权根据17 C.F.R. 第201.431条款要求审查和全委员会投票，即使此事已经通过授权进行分配和批准。该条款允许一名SEC专员要求整个委员会审查工作人员授权的事项。
