Odaily星球日报讯 在 3 月 26 日的法庭听证会上，代表加密交易所 FTX 的律师 Brian Glueckstein 向特拉华州破产法官 John Dorsey 提出申请，要求其驳回投资者对所谓“Sam Coins”的索赔，表示在持续的破产案件中，这些币种的价值应为零。
这些代币与 FTX 创始人 Sam Bankman-Fried（SBF）关系密切，包括旅游平台 Maps（MAPS）的原生代币、去中心化金融经纪商 Oxygen（OXY）、去中心化交易所 Serum（SERUM）以及 Boba（BOBA）代币。Brian Glueckstein 表示，客户对这些代币的索赔应大幅折扣或降至零。
Glueckstein 解释说，专家们已仔细分析了这些资产在申请日的价值，以确定合理的价值折扣，客户对这些数字资产索赔的估值基于一个从未存在且永远不会存在的市场。
FTX 的估值专家 Sabrina Howel 得出的结论是，由于该公司持有超过 95% 的 OXY 和 MAPS 代币（曾经与 SBF 密切相关），因此需要几十年的时间才能清算它们。根据其分析，FTX 声称与 MAPS 和 OXY 代币相关的索赔（按当前汇率计算价值超过 6 亿美元）应该被视为毫无价值。同时，与 SERUM 代币相关的索赔（价值 5.09 亿美元）应折扣约 58%。
