Odaily News — According to the "August 2026 Exchange Review" published by CoinDesk, in August, RWA perpetual contract trading volume on centralized exchanges grew 2.37% month-over-month to $602 billion, setting a record high for the category. Gate stood out in particular, with its RWA perpetual contract trading volume surging 158% month-over-month to $64.7 billion. Its market share rose from 5.32% in July to 12.6%, more than doubling from the previous month and placing it among the top three centralized crypto exchanges.

In terms of asset coverage, the CoinDesk report shows that Gate now supports over 12,800 stock and ETF assets and continues to expand trading scenarios including equities, RWA, and derivatives. By further broadening asset coverage and trading scenarios, Gate is continuously strengthening its integrated trading infrastructure that connects digital assets with traditional financial markets.
