This hackathon will be divided into two phases:
Planning Phase (May 24th - June 7th): In order to fully prepare the participants for their Frontier project, the participants can organize a team and draft a comprehensive development plan at this stage. During the planning phase, the Neo team will provide positive feedback to the contestants. At the same time, the team that submits the best plan will have the opportunity to obtain a certain "reward factor" to expand the amount of rewards they receive in the second stage. For example, if a team wins a prize factor of 1.5 times in the first stage and wins a bonus of $12,000 in the second stage, the team can actually get a total prize money of $18,000.
