How to create addresses on the Centrifuge chain through polkadot.js

Centrifuge is part of the Polkadot ecosystem, so the best place to store Centrifuge Tokens is the Polkadot/Substrate Portal, an extension available for Chrome, Firefox, and Brave browsers. It can be downloaded via Github (polkadot-js extension). After downloading and installing the extension, a connection to the website (polkadot.js.org/extension/219) is required and access to the extension must be granted.

The first step is to switch to the Centrifuge mainnet before creating an address. Then open the tabs and select "Accounts" and "Add Account", and the Centrifuge address (the string starting with the prefix "4xxxx") is displayed.

The seed phrase is also displayed, which must be written down and stored in a safe place. Then click and confirm "I have saved the mnemonic seed safely", enter your account name and set a password for extra security. In the last step, you will be provided with a backup file (JSON). It is strongly recommended that you back up the JSON file, it is intended to protect your account from outside the application. This file has an extra security feature attached, if something happens to your computer, your address/account can be recovered along with your password.

Once the account is created, Centrifuge Tokens can be sent to this address. You can monitor all Transactions records and Staking Rewards in Centrifuge-explorer (such as Subscan).
