"FTX Europe" has been licensed by CySEC in Cyprus to provide encrypted derivatives trading services for European users.

Following Cyprus' accession to the EU, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) became an EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) compliant regulator, offering locally registered companies access to the entire EEA (including the EU & Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway).
