Gate simultaneously launches a special trading campaign offering 60,000 USDT in rewards.

Gate officially launches Stock Event Contracts, becoming the world's first trading platform to support stock event contracts. The initial listing includes four underlying assets: MU, SNDK, SKHYNIX, and Unitree Technology, with 5-minute and 15-minute short-term bullish/bearish trading simultaneously enabled, further expanding event contract offerings from crypto assets to traditional stock markets.

Stock Event Contracts focus on short-term price direction prediction. Users do not need to use leverage or post margin — they simply predict the price movement of the underlying asset over the next 5 or 15 minutes, choose bullish or bearish, and submit an order to participate. Upon contract expiry, the system automatically settles the position, while also supporting early position closure for greater trading flexibility.

With the launch of the stock section, Gate Event Contracts now cover two major categories: crypto assets and stocks. Crypto assets include BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, DOGE, HYPE, and BNB; stock assets initially cover MU, SNDK, SKHYNIX, and Unitree Technology, providing users with more diverse short-term market trading scenarios.

Tailored to the trading characteristics of different markets, Stock Event Contract trading hours largely align with their respective underlying markets. MU and SNDK support trading during U.S. stock pre-market, regular, and after-hours sessions; SKHYNIX follows Korean stock market trading hours; and Unitree Technology corresponds to A-share market trading hours. By covering stock assets across U.S., Korean, and A-share markets, Gate continues to enrich its stock trading product lineup.

Currently, Stock Event Contracts are available for trading on the Web platform. Gate App users need to update to v8.36.0 or above. Users can navigate to [Futures] - [Event Contracts], select the [Stocks] category to view and trade the relevant assets.

To celebrate the launch of Stock Event Contracts, Gate has simultaneously introduced a special trading campaign with 60,000 USDT in rewards.
