Project Overview
Primus Labs is a cryptographic infrastructure project focused on privacy and verifiable computation, positioning itself as "confidential infrastructure for institutional-grade on-chain finance." Rather than building a new public chain, the project connects to existing blockchains as pluggable infrastructure. Its core technologies include zkTLS and FHE: the former is used to verify the authenticity of Web2 data such as web pages and APIs without revealing the original content, while the latter supports computation directly on encrypted data. By combining the two, Primus Labs aims to solve the "authenticity + privacy" problem of bringing off-chain data on-chain.
In February 2025, Primus Labs announced the completion of a combined $6.5 million Pre-seed and Seed funding round, led by Dispersion Capital, Symbolic Capital, and VanEck, with participation from Samsung NEXT, Alchemy, Maelstrom Fund, and others.

Project Overview
TermiX is an AI-native dApp building framework for developers, offering an out-of-the-box React component library that enables Web3 applications to gain intelligent AI conversation capabilities and on-chain automated workflows within minutes. These components support a high degree of customization and full white-label integration, allowing developers to implement natural language interaction, smart contract calls, MCP tool integration, and other features without complex configuration, greatly lowering the barrier to building AI + Web3 applications. In addition, TermiX was selected as a winning project in Binance's Season 9 MVB accelerator program.
