Hack-a-Tonx DoraHacks is the first global hackathon event held by the Ton Foundation on the DoraHacks platform. The total prize pool is US$300,000, and the top ten projects can get bonus places. In view of the good response of the hackathon, it attracted a large number of outstanding projects (230 projects signed up) to participate in it. In order to support the long-term development of more Ton ecological projects and promote the construction of innovative projects based on the Ton network, the Ton Foundation and DoraHacks Launched the Hack-a Tonx DoraHacks community quadratic voting round.

The first practice of the quadratic funded progressive tax mechanism on the Ton chain
Quadratic funding is an improved and innovative fund allocation scheme based on quadratic voting, which allows users to vote multiple times while minimizing the influence of large players on the voting results. But its problem is that it magnifies the problem of unfair distribution of funds in the matching pool. Based on this, the Dora team proposed a quadratic funding progressive tax mechanism. Under this mechanism, the funds that each project can obtain from the matching pool are related to the number of votes obtained by the project. The specific formula is as follows:
Matching Prize / Total Prize Pool = Σ votes_by_user / Σ votes_by_all_user
This quadratic voting is also the first practice of DoraHacks’ quadratic funding progressive tax mechanism in the Ton network. At that time, the total funds that each project party can obtain = the matching pool matches the corresponding bonus for the project party through the quadratic voting of the community + TON tokens donated by voting users for the project.

DAOTON is a DAO platform in the Ton ecosystem. Through its high integration with Telegram, it aims to collect DAOs in Telegram and Ton ecosystems. Users can not only directly use this platform to view the current status of all DAOs associated with their addresses (such as launching Proposals and voting status, etc.), you can also deploy DAO and issue community tokens with one click. In addition, the project also introduces a new concept of lockable tokens, based on TON's asynchronous transaction model and sharding mechanism, and introduces a new asynchronous solution to improve the speed and security of users' transactions on the chain while reducing gas fees.
Users can directly view all DAOs associated with their addresses on the UI interface. In fact, many DAO tools can realize this function. DAOTON is more innovative in that it proposes lockable tokens, which can not only reduce the interaction costs on chains such as staking , the most important thing is that the tokens are still locked in their own addresses, which means that there is less possibility of being hacked.
The Open Pass
The Open Pass is a practical NFT minting tool in the Ton ecosystem, which supports functions such as redeemable NFT, automatic upgrade of NFT, and transferable soul-bound tokens. Among them, the redeemable NFT function allows the NFT issuer to pre-write the relevant rules and methods of NFT redemption in the smart contract; the automatic upgrade NFT function is to automatically upgrade the token metadata through the smart contract or server, and the issuer can grant Editing permissions for multiple smart contracts and wallets; as for transferable soul-bound tokens, users can transfer SBT tokens between their personal addresses.
OpenDucks
This is an end-to-end EdTech solution based on Ton. The team will develop an educational learning platform to determine the progress and results of user learning through on-chain certificates such as SBT and NFT.
It is a relatively common way in the industry to prove the user's behavior on the chain through SBT and NFT certificates. Users with other ecological interaction experience will have a higher acceptance of such projects.

This is an open source decentralized NFT market. The project is characterized by its original charging system, that is, when users sell NFT on the platform, they can choose their own royalties (usually 0 royalties) and intelligent recommendation system fees. The feature of TON Splitter is that its algorithm allows users to complete a large number of complex transactions with the lowest amount and the fewest number of transactions. Tonpay
This is a decentralized encrypted payment system, mainly for business merchants, providing fast, secure and trustless solutions for businesses. The core point of the current project is to hand over the rights to merchants, and the team is exploring a mechanism to reward users for purchases to attract more users to use Ton.
This kind of payment solution is a project supported by almost every public chain, but the key points are: 1) How to make merchants willing to create stores in Tonpay and accept encrypted payments; 2) What incentives should be used to encourage users to use TON tokens? currency payment.
Finpanda
This is an advertising contract market. KOLs (referring to people who are relatively influential in social media such as Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube) can issue assets according to advertising contracts. Asset pricing depends on their influence on social media. Ordinary users can use Buy or sell assets to make a profit. When the number of KOL fans increases, the pricing also increases.

Panda.TON is somewhat similar to RabbitHole, a rabbit hole on Ethereum. In addition to getting started for novice users, it is actually used as a traffic portal to attract traffic to these partners.
In this round of activities, a total of 35 projects participated in the allocation of funds in the matching pool, and different projects received different funds from the matching pool due to the difference in the number of votes. As of press time, NFT CHEF, the project with the most votes, is expected to receive 1,878.8 TON from the matching pool, which is about $4,000. In addition to receiving matching donations and community voting support, excellent projects that continue to develop will also be supported by Ton’s ecosystem fund, so that they can maintain the development and operation of the project for a long time. This may also be an important reason why many early projects or teams are willing to enter the DoraHacks ecosystem: projects can obtain certain community support and exposure at an early stage, and at the same time obtain support from funds or other resources.
