On February 17, 2023, Cysic announced the completion of a $6 million seed round of financing, led by Polychain Capital, with participation from Hashkey, SNZ Holding, AT Capital, ABCDE, Web3.com, etc.
On May 24, 2024, Cysic announced that it had completed a $12 million pre-A round of financing, led by HashKey Capital and OKX Ventures.
On July 7, Kaito announced on the X platform that Cysic has been launched.

Mawari is a DePIN project for spatial computing that aims to break through the bottleneck of real-time rendering infrastructure supply and the problem of insufficient local computing power of XR devices.
