Hackathon Overview

The Circle Developer Bounties - Group 1 attracted enthusiastic participation from the developer community, with 447 registered developers and 69 projects ultimately passing the review. This developer bounty program focused on practical applications of the Circle blockchain infrastructure, particularly the integration and innovative use of USDC . As the inaugural event, it encouraged developers to fully utilize the smart contracts, APIs, and SDKs provided by Circle. The event ran from June 1st to August 31st, 2024, and featured four initial challenge areas. Qualifying winners in each bounty category received a reward of 1,500 USDC .

During the event, participants submitted a wide variety of projects, including fully functional MVPs, multi-chain payment integration solutions, and gas-free transaction features. Project application scenarios covered cross-border remittances, merchant payments, and escrow tools, fully demonstrating the broad real-world potential of Circle technology. The well-structured event, active Discord community, and ample technical resources provided strong support for the continued development and community engagement of the Circle ecosystem.

Multi-chain payment system award winners

MorphPay: Universal Multichain USDC Payment Gateway — Provides a multi-chain USDC gateway utilizing Circle CCTP V2. MorphPay automates fund management and supports cross-chain USDC transfers between five blockchains (8–20 seconds), integrating smart hooks.
Gatee provides a blockchain-based ticketing platform that utilizes Circle CCTP for cross-chain USDC payments. Key features include ERC-1155 NFT ticket issuance, automatic revenue sharing, IPFS metadata storage, and dynamic QR codes for on-site verification.

Gas- free trial winners

PUBSTACK — A payment platform for content creators, integrating Circle Wallets and Gas Station for a gas-free, seamless USDC trading experience.

USDC Gas Fee Payment Award Winner

Gasorin integrates WalletConnect and Circle Paymaster, enabling users to pay gas fees with USDC within Circle Smart Accounts, improving the convenience of DeFi interaction and the efficiency of gas management.
